Located in the North Burnett Region in Southeastern Queensland, Mount Perry is about 365 kilometres northwest of Brisbane, and about 100 kilometres west of Bundaberg. Mount Perry and the surrounding area’s have a population of around 500. It is a historically significant town nestled in a valley near Mount Perry, the area's highest mountain. The mountain is the southern-most peak in the Hogback Range, five km east of the town.

Sheep, cattle, copper and gold were the reasons for settlement, with gold mining continuing to be an important industry in the area.

We have organised activities ranging from half day drives, rated from scenic to moderate, visiting National Parks, various private properties, visits to the local winery, self guided tours, try your luck panning for Gold, entertainment at night, inter club games, lucky draw prizes, the opportunity to attend the annual 4WDQLD country meeting, where country club members can have input at a state level, and socialize with four wheel drivers from near and far.
