To help with planning certain elements of this event we have capped numbers.

Registration is now CLOSED.

Registrations on the day will not be accepted.

Gates open at Midday on Friday the 4th of May and will close at 4.00pm on Monday the 7th of May.

We have organised the Gin Gin Scouts to run a canteen for the event, so after a day of activities you wont need to cook. Burgers, basics and Roast meals on offer at certain times.Menu under side tab.   

 There will be the 4WDQLD meeting on the Saturday afternoon, followed by the Inter Club Games. Entertainment and limited night drives will be on offer after the games. 

Sunday afternoon will be a Happy Hour (time to be advised) and then entertainment by the Home Brewed Bush Band,where adults and kids can let their hair down. 

Drives will be at various times over the weekend.  

The Showgrounds has limited facilities. To keep the costs to a minimum for you we ask that you help out by bringing the following,

Showers,water will be available at locations around the Showgrounds. 

If you can, bring a Porta Pottie . A toilet dump site is available in town in front of the local Caravan Park. 

Powered sites are limited. Generators are allowed with a curfew at 10.00pm. Fires are allowed, firewood available on site.

We have been asked that attendees do not bring Pets or Glass to the event.
